How does Koalista Studio make a property video?
You add three photos of the property and a few words about it. We write a three-line script, animate each photo into a five-second shot with a presenter or a voice-over, add music and captions, and join it into a 15-second video.
Is the property shown exactly as in my photos?
Yes. Each shot starts from your own photo and keeps the room, the view and the furniture as they are. Nothing is added to the property.
What do I need to start?
Three good photos (renders or daylight phone photos work) and an email address to receive the video. No account and no credit card.
Which formats and languages are supported?
Vertical 9:16 for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, or landscape 16:9 for YouTube and websites. Scripts and voices in English, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish and Dutch, with captions burnt in and a captions file for YouTube and LinkedIn.
Is it for property sales or holiday rentals?
Both. For a property for sale, the script speaks to buyers and investors. For an Airbnb, Booking or direct rental, it shows guests the stay and invites them to book.
How much does it cost?
The Studio is in private beta. Videos are free while we test it, and launch partners get five free videos when it launches.
